Evara Vale Referral Rewards — Program Terms

1. What the program is

The Evara Vale Referral Rewards program lets registered customers share a personal referral link. When someone places a qualifying retail order through your link, you may earn a commission. When you shop yourself, you may earn cashback store credit. There is no joining fee, no required purchase, and no payment for recruiting others.

2. How commission is earned

Commission is calculated on the product subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts) of completed retail orders placed by customers you referred. Rates: 7% on orders from customers you refer directly, 2% on second-level referrals, and 1% on third-level referrals. Attribution uses a 30-day cookie window. Self-referral — using your own link for your own purchases — does not generate commission.

3. Validation hold and reversals

Commission becomes payable after a 30-day validation hold following order completion, to allow for returns. If an order is refunded or cancelled after commission has been released, the related commission and cashback are reversed (clawed back) from your balance.

4. Payouts

You may request a payout once your payable commission reaches $50. Payouts are reviewed and processed manually; we will contact you at your account email to arrange payment. We may decline a payout request that appears to involve self-referral, fraud, or policy violations, in which case the balance is restored or removed accordingly.

5. Honest promotion only

When sharing your link, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission (for example, #ad or “I earn a commission”). Do not make income promises, medical or therapeutic claims about crystals, or misleading statements about Evara Vale products. Paid advertising that impersonates Evara Vale or bids on our brand name is not allowed.

6. Cashback store credit

Cashback is issued as store credit at 5% of the product subtotal of your own completed orders, released after the same 30-day hold. Store credit is not cash, is not transferable, and can only be applied to future Evara Vale purchases.

7. Changes and termination

We may adjust rates, holds, or these terms with notice on this page. Accounts involved in abuse, self-referral schemes, or deceptive promotion may be removed from the program, and associated unpaid balances forfeited.
