About Evara Vale
Evara Vale is an online jewelry retailer offering natural gemstone bracelets and beaded jewelry. Orders are placed through evaravale.com and customer support is provided by our care team at Email Us.
Products and natural variation
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Natural stones and beads may vary in color, pattern, translucency, size, and visible internal features. These natural differences are not defects. Product availability may change without notice.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The total price, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes, is shown before you place the order. Payment is processed securely by the payment provider shown at checkout. Evara Vale does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may cancel or refund an order when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, information appears incorrect, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the payment will be returned to the original payment method.
Shipping
Processing normally takes 3–5 business days. Estimated U.S. Delivery: Approximately 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, including processing and shipping. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. For other eligible returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Evara Vale will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund; if a return is required, Evara Vale will cover the necessary return shipping costs. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and to use the website lawfully. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or services for fraud.
