Processing time
Processing time: 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. A shipping confirmation will be sent when tracking becomes available.
Shipping rates and tracking
- United States: free standard shipping on all orders. Exception: the Welcome Gift carries a $19.95 shipping & handling fee, including when it is ordered together with other items.
- Tracking: included with every order.
Rates are shown in USD. Estimated U.S. Delivery: Approximately 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, including processing and shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Timing may vary due to destination, holidays, or carrier delays.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging and any included accessories. Items marked final sale, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
For other eligible returns within 30 days, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. Evara Vale will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund. If a return is required for one of these reasons, Evara Vale will cover the necessary return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and shipping packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Visible variation
Beads may vary in color, pattern, translucency, and visible internal features. These appearance differences are not considered defects. Product images are representative; the exact bracelet appearance may vary.
Order changes and cancellations
Cancellation requests are reviewed before fulfillment but cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.
